The Academy is a public law corporation that promotes, disseminates and protects the cuisine and gastronomic activities of the different counties of Catalonia.
National Gastronomy Awards
With the Annual National Gastronomy Awards, the ACGN recognizes the work of professionals, restaurants, groups and institutions of Catalan gastronomy.
The meetings and tributes held by the Academy are held in restaurants throughout Catalonia and highlight the versatility of our cuisine.
Articles, interviews and academic work on current gastronomic events and activities carried out by the ACGN and its members, with articles of culinary interest prepared by the academics themselves.
