Since 2016, the Academy has been paying a posthumous tribute to a character recognized for his professional career and with a certain gastronomic connection to our territory. Through these tributes, he wants to promote a unique heritage that roots us and, at the same time, makes us universal. This collection of laudatios is a choral work of particular interest in order to get to know, with an indisputable literary quality, all those characters that our Academy has wanted to remember in pursuit of our task of disseminating and making known the history and gastronomic culture of Catalonia .
